Learn how to cook the most typical Mediterranean dishes in a privileged place. A complete menu with a large variety of dishes that you will taste when you finish the workshop. You will be guided by a professional chef and it will be a complete menu, drink and coffee included. In addition, you will meet the real Mediterranean cuisine which has been considered as the healthiest and the most varied diet of the world. Our Mediterranean sea and weather offer excellent products that inspire this workshop. There are two different options within the menu that change every week.

Everyone knows that Mediterranean diet is guarantee of health and well-being. This diet is based on legumes, cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish  and meat consumption (especially birds), milk products, eggs, sparingly wine consumption and of course, olive oil that helps us to improve and prevent cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, etc. We could say that Mediterranean cuisine is a philosophy based on traditional food with some recipes made for the maximum use of the local food.

In addition, this is economical food and you can create very nutritious and delicious dishes just with a few simple ingredients.

Mediterranean diet was declared as Intangible cultural heritage by the UNESCO. The designation was made by Spain, Greece, Morocco and Italy.
