We will get lost in time trying to discover the origins of the city. Its location close to the river and the goods of its lands made it the ideal place for the first prehistoric occupations. But, it was not until the 9th and 8th century b.C. when the first settlement was properly made. After that, artistic and commercial relationships flourished and made it one of the main cities of the moment.
The tour starts with a brief explanation of the arrival of the Jews to Cordoba, that will follow with a chapel with a mixture of christian and muslim style, St Bartolome chapel. The Zoco will go next and the Alcazar will be the last spot.
Meanwhile, we would have walked around the most famous streets of the Jewish Quarter and squares like Tiberiades Square. You’ll also have the chance to contemplate the defensive wall of Cordoba.
Get to know 4 different cultures cohabiting in a city.
