Journey in summer months:

Edinburgh – Glencoe Valley – Fort William – Eilean Donan Castle – Island of Skye – Ness Lake – Inverness – Pitlochry – Hermitage.

We will leave Stirling behind, and before we get to Callander, it will be possible to start enjoying the marvellous landscapes of the Highlands. Soon, the first lakes and rivers will be appearing and they will be with us for the rest of the trip through Scotland.

Glencoe Valley will be our second stop, with the overwhelming beauty of this valley carved during thousand years by the glaciers. From there, we will leave to Fort William.

Our second day will start on the way to Dunvegan Castle, stronghold of the clan Macleod. Before we get there, we will have different options to stop and admire the beautiful landscape of the island of Skye. Dunvegan is a stronghold that has been inhabited the longest, and we will have the opportunity to visit the inside of the castle and enjoy its views to the sea. Right after, we will head to Portree.

In the afternoon, being only left the final period of our trip through the northernmost peninsula, Trotternish. A stop is always required in the rocky formations Old Man of Storr, Quiraing and Klit Rock cliffs. On our way back to Kyleakin, the views of Cuillin will be with us the whole trip,

On the last day, we will be heading to Edinburgh, stopping and visiting landmarks as Ness Lake, Inverness and Pitlochry.

Journey in winter months:

Edinburgh – Glencoe Valley – Fort William – Eilean Donan Castle – Island of Skye – Ness Lake – Inverness – Pitlochry – Hermitage.

The Trossachs National Park will be bordered and soon the first lakes and rivers will be appearing to be with us for the rest of the trip through Scotland.

Our second day will start with a stop to visit the most important rocky formation in the island,the Cuillin, that will captivate you. Dun Beag Broch will follow, which is formed of ruins and a two-thousands-years-old stone tower.
