CANCELLATION DATES

The holder of the reservation may exercise his / her right to cancellation by sending an email to reservas@xmigrations.com based on the following rules of penalties.

 

  • Cancellations received prior to 7 calendar days prior to the date of commencement of the service will have no penalty for the holder of the reservation.
  • Cancellations received prior to 4 calendar days prior to the date of commencement of the service, will have a penalty for the holder of the reservation of 50% of the amount delivered.
  • Cancellations received after 4 calendar days prior to the date of commencement of the service, will have a penalty for the holder of the reservation of 100% of the amount delivered.

 

The date of performance of the service will be 0:00 hours on the same day that the service is scheduled to be performed. In the case of that the holder of the reservation exercises his right to cancel the reservation after the 4th day before the date of completion of the service, and subsequently, before the date scheduled for the start of the service, again requested the registration of the same, the service will only be made if there is availability of places at that time, remaining at the discretion of the COMMITTENT COMPANY to perform this activity on a different date.

 

Communications of cancellations of reservations should be made to the following email reservas@xmigrations.com providing a copy of the locator of the booking.

The reimbursement of the amount of the repayment, which may correspond, will take place within a maximum of 30 working days from the date on which the notification of cancellation of the reservation was received.

 

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If there are special circumstances, such as weather conditions of lack of security, or any other special circumstance for which the COMMITTING COMPANY considers that the performance of the service may pose a risk to the customer or to the same company, the COMMITTING COMPANY reserves the right to provide an activity of similar characteristics or to suspend the performance of the same and place it for a different day to that foreseen, with the customer’s agreement.

 

If the customer does not accept, he / she will be refunded the full amount of what was paid, except for the Xmigrations service fee agreed with the client company. In this case, the customer will enjoy this fee amount as a discount coupon, nominated with his reservation name, and which is equivalent to the same amount charged, for use in future reservations within a maximum period of 12 months through the portal: www.xmigrations.com. 

 

The customer must communicate the situation via e-mail: reservas@xmigrations.com within a maximum period of 30 calendar days starting on day 1 the day after the date of completion. If the cancellation situation is not communicated through the means previously described due to weather conditions of lack of security, or any other special circumstance for which the COMMITTING COMPANY considers that the performance of the service may involve a risk for the client or for the same company, the holder of the reservation will not be able to claim any refund and will not have the right to the refund, computing the reservation as made.

 

If the service cannot be carried out by OVER BOOKING, the COMMISSIONER shall offer the client the possibility of carrying it out on another date or of accepting the refund of the total amount delivered.

The information displayed through the XMIGRATIONS search engine has been provided by the COMMITTEE, and the COMMISSIONER therefore accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the information.

Outside the cancellation periods described above, the holder of the reservation may not claim any refunds. The holder of the reservation will not have the right to a refund, due to the impossibility of attendance, error in making the reservation or other causes attributable to the holder of the reservation.
